Billy-Jo Famlonga

Principal/Founder

With almost 20 years of experience in the industry, Billy-Jo is the Founder and Principal of Famlonga Business Services and brings extensive experience across taxation, accounting, advisory, and complex compliance matters. Beginning her career in boutique public practice accounting, Billy has developed a strong reputation for providing practical, client-focused advice tailored to a wide range of individuals and businesses.

She is a Fellow Member of both the Tax Institute of Australia and the Institute of Public Accountants, a registered Tax Agent, and currently serves as the Western Australia State Council Chair for The Tax Institute. She has particular expertise in complex taxation matters, business advisory, and helping clients navigate challenging situations with practical, commercially minded solutions.

Billy is known for combining technical expertise with a practical, down-to-earth approach that clients appreciate and value.

Sophia Virgin

Senior Accountant

Sophia brings a wealth of experience across accounting, taxation, compliance, and business advisory services, with a strong background supporting a diverse range of clients including individuals, trusts, deceased estates, self-managed superannuation funds, companies, and not-for-profit organisations.

Prior to joining Famlonga Business Services, Sophia was a profit-share partner at a boutique accounting firm, and has strong experience in the preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, audits, and management reporting. Sophia also has specialised exposure within the junior mining sector and not-for-profit organisations.

In addition to English, she can also speak Mandarin, Hokkien, and Bahasa Melayu, allowing her to support a diverse client base! She highly respects privacy and prefers spreadhseets over spotlights, but when it comes to complex reconcilliations and compliance matters, she is very much the person you want in your corner.

Olga Rossouw

Office Manager

With a strong background in executive assistance, administration, client relations, systems management, and business operations, Olga is our passionate Office Manager who genuinely cares about creating organised and efficient processes that support both the team and clients alike. She is known for her approachable nature, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring clients receive a seamless experience.

Originally from South Africa, Olga brings over two decade of experience supporting fast-paced businesses and professionals across a variety of industries. She works closely with clients throughout onboarding, compliance processes, communications, and workflow coordination, always striving to make even the most complex situations feel approachable and well supported.

Olga's first language is Afrikaans and she tends to think out loud without warning. She's probably thinking about workflow improvements right now.

Charlee Blair

Junior Administrator

Charlee is a valued member of the Famlonga Business Services team, assisting with administration, client support, and workflow coordination across the practice.

With a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn, Charlee supports the team with document management and general administrative assistance to help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Known for her friendly nature, reliability, and attention to detail, Charlee is passionate about providing helpful support to both clients and the wider team while continuing to grow her knowledge and experience within the accounting industry.

Charlee is often the calm presence (except when we run out of coffee).

Chilli

Happiness Officer

Chilli may still be a puppy at heart, but she takes her role at Famlonga Business Services very seriously. As the office Happiness Officer and head of security patrols, she works hard looking after her pack and ensuring morale remains high throughout the office.

When she’s not supervising meetings, greeting clients, or making the rounds for treats and pats, Chilli can usually be found keeping a close eye on the team from her favourite sunny spot.

Her specialties include emotional support, snack detection, and reminding everyone to take a break once in a while.

Alongside her, our team brings together experience across business operations, administration, bookkeeping, reporting, and client support (as well as a little personality and humour along the way, with a shared fondness for good coffee).
